Return conditions

The product can be returned only if:

- the Customer notifies the request for withdrawal no later than 14 calendar days from the moment in which he receives the product via e-mail to info@mobilirebecca.it, about your decision to withdraw from the contract, through an explicit declaration.
- intact, in its original packaging, with all the documentation supplied and the accessories included; Rebecca Srl does not accept returns damaged by the Customer due to unskillfulness and does not consider itself responsible.
- unassembled

Return Policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, no later than 14 calendar days from the moment in which the Customer or a third person on his behalf acquires physical possession of the goods (in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us via e-mail to info@mobilirebecca.it about his decision to withdraw from this contract, through an explicit declaration in which he must also indicate the recipient's details and the date of receipt of the product; we will promptly reply to the message on the same platform.

If the customer withdraws from the sales contract, Rebecca Srl:

- undertakes to refund the payments that the Customer has made to us; such refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase transaction. The refund will be suspended until the product is received in our warehouses. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above provisions, Rebecca Srl will reimburse the sums within 48 hours of receiving the object, as required by legislative decree 6/9/2005 n.206 and by article 55 of the Consumer Code.

- avails itself of the right to charge the shipping costs for returning the goods based on the reason given by the Customer regarding his choice to withdraw from the sales contract. In the event of a charge for the return shipping costs, these are intended for any Customer, regardless of the country of origin. If the Customer chooses to return the item through our courier, the shipping costs will be deducted directly from the refund of the item (the best price on the market, based on the foreign rates, will be communicated based on the volume of the product).

In the event of damage due to the consumer's unskillfulness, we reserve the right to withhold from the refund the equivalent necessary to restore the product. (so-called "Messner Judgment" implemented in act 47 Directive 83/2011/EC), with the exception of the case in which the damage was caused by the courier and was previously documented by sending supporting photographic material within 7 days from the receipt of the goods itself.

In the case of returns of incomplete, damaged or spoiled items, a refurbishment fee will be charged. In the event of a damaged product, this will not be withdrawn and the Customer will be charge for its disposal.

In case of use of the right of withdrawal for only a part of the order, only the price of the returned products will be refunded, with the exception of the shipping costs for returning the product. The return service is not offered in physical stores or collection points.

What happens if I change my mind about the product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it and request a refund quickly and easily. The Right of Withdrawal is governed by current regulations. You can return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery by communicating your request to the following email address info@mobilirebecca.it. In this case, as soon as the item returns to our warehouses, we will refund; the return costs will be at your expense.

What if I get a defective product?

In the event of a defective or non-compliant item, we can replace your item, contact us immediately at the email address info@mobilirebecca.it; one of our representatives will show you the procedure to follow.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product with intact packaging, you must notify us of the incident at the following email address: info@mobilirebecca.it, sending photos of the incident if possible. One of our representatives will contact you to guarantee you the best assistance. We will replace or refund the object if necessary.

What if I want to exchange the ordered item?

If you intend to replace the item (subject to availability in the catalogue) or order a different one, you will have to return the one you received and place a new order. The return of the product will generate a refund equal to 100% of the cost you incurred. The return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Can i cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us and we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If, on the other hand, the product is being prepared or delivered, we can no longer cancel your order. You will need to agree on a return once the package is received.

How does the refund process work?

Once we have received the object, we will refund the amount you have incurred for the purchase within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the actual return of the same to our warehouses, using the same payment method used by you to proceed with the purchase, In the case of payment by postepay, please indicate an alternative refund method given the impossibility of returning the amount you paid using the payment method you chose at the time of purchase.
