These general conditions of sale regulate the methods of sale and the conditions of delivery of the Seller's products via the Platform.
These General Conditions of Sale serve as a reference and constitute an integral and integral part of every order, order confirmation and every purchase contract relating to the Seller's products.

1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

Before purchasing the Products, the Customer expressly declares having read, understood and fully accepted the content of the General Terms and Conditions.

The general conditions of sale applicable to orders are those in force on the day of the order and published on the platform; prevail, in the event of contradiction, over any order and order confirmation as well as over the general conditions of use of the platform.

Any general conditions attached by the customer will be without effect.



2. Sales contract

To place a Purchase Order, the Customer must be registered on the Site and provide the personal data essential for managing the Order.

The Customer, following the procedure indicated on the Site, will be able to choose the Products of his interest by preliminarily checking the Price and availability.

Before placing the Purchase Order, the Customer must verify that the available quantities, prices, delivery costs and types of products chosen fully correspond to their needs.

Before completing the Purchase Order, the Customer must verify the correctness and completeness of the personal data necessary to complete the purchasing process.

In the event of partial or total unavailability of the Product(s) indicated in the Purchase Order, the Seller will inform the Customer of the possibility of placing a partial order, canceling the Order or placing an Order for a product different.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Purchase Order where the Customer has provided untrue personal data.

The Sales Contract will be considered concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the Order Confirmation sent via email.

3. Prices

All Prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros and include VAT.

4. Payments and Refunds

The Customer agrees to pay the Price in the forms and terms indicated in the Order Confirmation.

If payment of the Price of the Products is not made within the deadline, in the manner or for the amounts provided, the Purchase and Sale Contract will be automatically terminated and without any effect.

The Client may pay the Price of the Products in the ways provided for in article 3 of the CGU.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the Seller must receive the credit of the sums within the deadlines indicated in the Order Confirmation, under penalty of automatic termination of the Purchase and Sale Contract in accordance with article 1456 of the Civil Code.

6. Conservation of title

Ownership of the Product remains with the Seller until the Price is paid in full.


7. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, or the right to change your mind, can be exercised:

- within 14 calendar days of delivery

- for intact and well-preserved items, only with original packaging and all necessary documentation (accessories and assembly kits included)

The customer can choose the following return methods:

1. Using a trusted courier, subsequently providing us with the shipment tracking code.

2. Using our home collection service booked by us with an external courier. The cost will be calculated based on the volume of the package and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.

m³ 0.07 - 0.12 -> €20

m³ > 0.12 -> €25

For items returned by the customer independently or collected via our courier, the refund will be made only once the item has returned to our office, but in any case no later than 48 working hours from delivery.

Furthermore, in the event of receipt of damaged items returned by the customer with their own courier, we reserve the right to withhold a product restoration fee which will be assessed and calculated based on the conditions in which the item will be returned.

Refunds will be made via the platform with direct credit to the same payment method used for the purchase. Any delays in crediting must be reported to the customer service of the relevant marketplace.

8. Return policies

- Defective product:

The 24-month legal guarantee covers manufacturing defects found from the first use; The customer must demonstrate, using photo/video material, that the defect found dates back to the first use.

The lack of conformity of the Products which occurs within 24 months of delivery must be reported by the Customer within 2 months of its discovery.

Defects in the conformity of the Products which appear within 6 months of delivery of the Products are presumed to already exist upon delivery, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the Products or with the nature of the lack of conformity.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may ask the Seller, alternatively and without charge:

1. replacement of the Product

2. a reduction in the purchase price

3. the termination of the Sales Contract

- Damaged product:

For damaged items, in addition to images of the product, images of the state of the packaging and label must also be provided.

In case of receiving a damaged product, the customer is advised to accept the delivery by signing with reserve.

Regardless of whether the products are faulty or damaged, the case will be investigated and a response will be sent to the customer within a maximum of 48 working hours.

The basis for the evaluation is the images obtained and the extent of the damage/defect detected.

Solutions will be evaluated and proposed on a case-by-case basis.

Mobili Rebecca reserves the right, depending on the item and the size of the package, to decide whether or not to collect the product free of charge for the customer. If the item is not collected, the customer is responsible for disposal. Mobili Rebecca does not include a prepaid return label.

For items that the customer returns independently, Mobili Rebecca will not reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the customer for the return.

8. Shipping and delivery

The order is generally shipped within 24 working hours of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times vary from 4 to 13 working days to the address specified by the Customer via a designated courier and are intended by road, unless otherwise indicated.

Once the package has been shipped, the customer receives an automatic email with the relevant tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment; the tracking code will be active within the next 48 hours. The Customer is required to monitor the updates that the designated courier reports on its website using the tracking code provided.

Upon the first failed delivery attempt due to an absent recipient, the courier will leave a notice and a new delivery attempt will be arranged within the following 24 hours. If the recipient is absent even on the second delivery attempt, the order will be delivered to the nearest warehouse or collection point where the Customer can collect the package within the following 7 days. If the package is not collected by the customer, it will automatically be returned to the sender; once returned to our warehouses, a refund will be issued for the order, withholding the return costs which are borne by the customer and which are calculated based on the volume of the package.

In the event that the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer in the order and the lack or inaccuracy of the telephone number to allow direct contact with the customer by of the deliveryman, and the courier is forced after some delivery attempts to send the goods back to the sender, once the package has been returned to our warehouses, a refund will be issued for the order withholding the return costs which are borne by the customer and which are calculated based on the volume of the package.

In case of delays due to adverse weather conditions, transporters' strikes and causes of force majeure, we are not responsible.

Refusal of delivery is never synonymous with withdrawal: if anomalies are detected upon receipt of the order, the Customer must accept the package with reservation and contact us immediately; We will take care of the case and provide an adequate response within a maximum of the next 48 working hours.

In the event that the Customer complains about the non-delivery of the package or in the event that the package is delivered but not received, the processing and response times to the customer may take up to 7 working days to carry out the necessary investigations.

The proof of delivery issued by the carrier, dated and signed, will constitute proof of delivery of the goods in question.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation of the order can only be requested before shipping.

Once the order is shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The invoice can only be issued if requested no later than 10 calendar days from order confirmation. All complete tax data must be communicated, including intra-community VAT number. For all requests made after the period indicated above we will only be able to send a copy of the non-fiscal purchase receipt.

11. Responsibility

The Seller does not assume any responsibility for damages attributable to force majeure or fortuitous event or to third parties that make the execution of the Purchase and Sale Contract impossible.

The image of the Product shown in the Product Sheet may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ minimally in color and size, without giving rise to any liability on the part of the Seller.

The Seller will not be responsible in the event of unavailability of one or more Products, without prejudice to the Seller's obligation to propose any alternative product to the Customer.

Without prejudice to cases of intent or gross negligence and the mandatory provisions that may apply, the maximum liability of the Seller cannot exceed the amount of the Price paid by the Customer.
