          Below we intend to provide you with information on how your personal data is processed on the Facebook page of Mobili Rebecca and through the services offered by Facebook to companies.

            The Facebook page is managed by internal employees authorized by Rebecca s.r.l. (hereinafter also "Rebecca Furniture"), C.F. and VAT number: 02484770694, with headquarters in Porto Recanati (MC) in Via Dell’Industria 17, 62018.

4. Purpose and nature of data processing on the Facebook page of Mobili Rebecca

Mobili Rebecca (Rebecca s.r.l.) processes your data when you interact with the Facebook page of Mobili Rebecca in the following ways:

• when you publish a post containing your personal data;
• when you comment on a page post;
• when you send a message via Messenger;
• when you like or follow the page.

            We inform you that when you contact us via Messenger, the communication is not encrypted. Although Facebook declares to be the Data Controller in relation to the data processed within the chats, by virtue of greater transparency towards you, we would like to specify that where Mobili Rebecca asks the user to interact directly with the company, for example by sending contacts or agreeing to be contacted, then in those cases also Mobili Rebecca must be considered Data Controller in pursuit of the purposes set out here and in the other information notices.

5. Legal basis of the processing

            In your use of the Facebook page of Mobili Rebecca, we may process your data on the following legal bases.

5.1. Rebecca furniture (Rebecca s.r.l.)

Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR (execution of a contract, pre-contractual measures)

Mobili Rebecca processes your personal data to carry out contractual obligations between you or to carry out pre-contractual measures, such as proposals or negotiations. You will find yourself providing data to Mobili Rebecca if:

• asks questions about Rebecca Furniture services and offers;
• intends to make a complaint or complaint about the services of Mobili Rebecca;
• if you want to receive information about your orders.

                        The quantity and type of data processed depends on what you provide to Mobili Rebecca. 6. Cancellation of data and duration of treatment

          Your data are deleted from the Rebecca Furniture systems as soon as the purpose envisaged for their treatment is pursued (or it has become impossible). However, Mobili Rebecca may be required to keep your data for longer if required by law (e.g. in the fulfillment of retention obligations for tax purposes, for which a 10-year retention period is normally provided). The data may be kept longer even if Mobili Rebecca should exercise its right. Upon completion of all the aforementioned purposes, the data is periodically deleted.
