How to use elastic bands for fitness

Elastic bands for fitness are suitable for training the whole body: from the muscles of the legs to the buttocks, from the upper limbs to the chest and even the back. The models differ in the maximum applicable resistance: choose the elastic band that best suits your needs and your level of shape!

These bands can be used for a bodyweight workout, or you can purchase hooks or rings to attach them to the door. Light and foldable, they can be conveniently slipped into the bag that will be provided. They are therefore perfect for training at home or in the gym, but you can take them with you and use them outdoors.
