1. General
Below we intend to provide you with information on how your personal data is processed on the Mobili Rebecca Facebook page and through the services offered by Facebook to companies.
The Facebook page is managed by internal employees authorized by Ohme Group Srl (hereinafter also “Mobili Rebecca”), CF and VAT number: 02484770694, with headquarters in Via GB Pirelli 14 - 62012, Civitanova Marche (MC).

The protection of personal data has always been a priority for Mobili Rebecca. For this reason, Ohme Group Srl processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, with particular reference to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) no. 679/2016 and, for Italy, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. This policy should be read in conjunction with the privacy policy provided by Facebook, to which you are referred for any further information not contained herein.

2. Data controllers
Given that the Data Controller is usually Ohme Group Srl, however, when using the features offered by Facebook, different situations of ownership/joint ownership/appointment of a data processor may arise, namely, alternatively:
- Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd.) Data Controller pursuant to art. 24 GDPR;
- Rebecca Furniture (Ohme Group Srl) and Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd.), both joint controllers pursuant to art. 26 GDPR;
- Rebecca Furniture (Ohme Group Srl) Data Controller pursuant to Article 24 of the GDPR and Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd.) Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
In cases where Ohme Group Srl and Facebook are joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR (such as in the processing of data for Page Insights), the joint controllership agreement is governed by the terms and conditions found at the following link:

4. Purpose and nature of data processing on the Mobili Rebecca Facebook page
Mobili Rebecca (Ohme Group Srl) processes your data when you interact with the Mobili Rebecca Facebook page in the following ways:
- when you publish a post containing your personal data;
- when you comment on a post on the Page;
- when you send a message via Messenger;
- when you “Like” or “Follow” the Page.
When you interact with Mobili Rebecca's Facebook page, the Facebook Insights feature uses your data to compile statistics on page traffic. For more information on how Facebook Insights processes your data, please visit the following link:

Please note that when you contact us via Messenger, communication is not encrypted. Although Facebook declares itself the data controller for the data processed within chats, for greater transparency, we would like to clarify that where Mobili Rebecca asks the user to interact directly with the company, for example by sending contact information or consenting to be contacted, then in those cases Mobili Rebecca must also be considered the data controller for the purposes explained here and in the other notices.
5. Legal basis for processing
When you use the Mobili Rebecca Facebook Page, we may process your data on the following legal bases.
Your data may be communicated to Ohme Group Srl employees.
5.1. Rebecca Furniture (Ohme Group Srl)
Art. 6(1) b) GDPR (performance of a contract, pre-contractual measures)
Mobili Rebecca processes your personal data to fulfill existing contractual obligations between you or to carry out pre-contractual measures, such as proposals or negotiations. You will provide data to Mobili Rebecca if:
- ask questions about Mobili Rebecca's services and offers;
- intends to make a complaint or grievance about Mobili Rebecca's services;
- if you want to receive information about your orders.
The amount and type of data processed depends on what you provide to Mobili Rebecca. To process your request, Mobili Rebecca may need to request additional data, which would only be necessary to fulfill your request. Typically, this may include data such as your name, surname, purchase information, and contact details.
Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR (Legitimate interest)
Mobili Rebecca also processes your data to safeguard its own legitimate interests (for example, to defend a right): however, it does so only to the extent that, based on a balancing test, the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail, in particular if the data subject is a minor.
On this legal basis, Mobili Rebecca will process your data for the following and similar purposes:
- evaluate (anonymous) analyses and statistics related to the Facebook user's behaviour on the Mobili Rebecca Facebook Page (in this case Facebook does not communicate personal data to Mobili Rebecca (please note that Page administrators may associate the user's profile picture with Page "Likes" in Page Insights if the user has "Liked" their Pages and set them to public).
- optimize the Mobili Rebecca Facebook page in terms of ease of navigation and commercial attractiveness as well as to adopt appropriate marketing solutions;
- manage other communications and interactions initiated by other Facebook users;
- defend a right.

6. Data deletion and duration of processing
Your data will be deleted from Mobili Rebecca's systems as soon as the purpose for processing has been fulfilled (or has become impossible). However, Mobili Rebecca may be required to retain your data for a longer period where required by law (e.g., to fulfill tax retention obligations, which typically require a 10-year retention period). Data may also be retained for a longer period if Mobili Rebecca exercises its rights. Once all of the aforementioned purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be periodically deleted.

7. Your rights
Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/16 (GDPR), you have the following rights:

- right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR);
- right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
- right to portability (Article 20 GDPR);
- right to object (Article 21 GDPR);
- right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Article 22 GDPR).
