Withdrawal conditions
Your return/withdrawal request can only be authorized if:
- sent no later than 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the product via email to info@mobilirebecca.it, which must include the buyer's name, order number, and an explicit declaration of withdrawal.
- the purchased product is intact, in its original packaging, with all the documentation provided and the included accessories; returns damaged due to negligence will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for them.
- the purchased product has not been assembled.
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, no later than 14 calendar days from the moment in which you or a third party on your behalf acquires physical possession of the goods (in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email at info@mobilirebecca.it, with an explicit statement. We will respond promptly to your message on the same platform.
If you decide to withdraw from the sales contract, Ohme Group Srl:
- undertakes to refund any payments you have made; such refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase transaction.
The refund will be suspended until the product is received at our warehouses.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the above provisions, Ohme Group Srl will refund the sums due within 48 hours of receiving the item, as required by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6/9/2005 and Article 55 of the Consumer Code.
- reserves the right to charge the return shipping costs for the goods based on the reason given for withdrawing from the sales contract (Article 57 of the Consumer Code).
If return shipping costs are charged, they apply to all customers, regardless of their country of residence. The return shipping costs will be deducted directly from the refund (the best market price will be communicated based on the volume of the product and the national or international price list).
In the event of damage due to the consumer's negligence, we reserve the right to withhold from the refund the amount necessary to replace the product. (The so-called "Messner Ruling" Directive 83/2011/EC), except when the damage was caused by the courier and was previously documented by sending photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the goods.
In the event of returning incomplete, damaged, or ruined items, a restocking fee will be charged.
In the event of a damaged product, it will not be collected and its disposal will be at the Customer's expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for only part of your order, only the price of the returned products will be refunded, excluding the return shipping costs. For products in the "Mattresses" category, returns will only be accepted if the product is returned intact and still in its original packaging.

- with your trusted courier
- with our courier. In this case, the cost will be calculated based on the package's volume and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.

Returns to physical stores or collection points are not offered.
- What happens if I change my mind about the product I purchased?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it and request a refund quickly and easily. The right of withdrawal is governed by current legislation. You can return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery by sending your request to the following email address: info@mobilirebecca.it. In this case, we will refund you as soon as the item arrives back in our warehouse; you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- What if I receive a defective product?
If your item is defective or non-compliant, we can replace it. Contact us immediately at info@mobilirebecca.it; one of our representatives will guide you through the process.
- What if I receive a damaged product?
If your item is damaged but the packaging is intact, please contact us immediately at info@mobilirebecca.it, including photos to demonstrate the damage if possible. One of our representatives will contact you to ensure the best possible assistance. We will replace or refund the item as appropriate.
- What if I want to exchange the item I ordered?
If you wish to exchange the item (subject to availability in the catalog) or order a different one, you will need to return the item you received and place a new order. Returning the product will result in a 100% refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us at info@mobilirebecca.it; we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the product is being prepared or delivered, we can no longer cancel your order. You will need to request a return once you receive the package.
- How do refunds work?
Once the item has returned to our warehouse, we will refund the amount you paid for the purchase within 48 hours using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of payment by cash on delivery or Postepay, please indicate an alternative refund method given the impossibility of refunding the amount paid using the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
