How much does shipping cost in the UK?

The shipping cost is € 9,95, regardless of the number of products purchased.


When do you ship my order?

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, national public holidays excluded. We deliver your items in 72/96h starting from the moment that you pay your order.

Why do not you ship my order yet?

If you pay by bank transfer, we will deliver the items to the courier after the payment has been credited to the bank.

How do I know when you dispatch?

We process orders within 24 working hours after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment notification email with courier and tracking information.

Which are the couriers deal with delivery?

The couriers deal with the delivery are DHL and UPS.

Can I track the shipping of my order?

Yes, you can check the order status in your account. When we will entrust the item to the courier, your order will be indicated as shipped. The tracking number will be valid after 7:00 pm of the same day.

What happens if I am not at home during the delivery date?

If you are not at home during the delivery date, the courier will leave a notice of non-delivery. It will try a new delivery in the next 24 hours. If you are not at home also in second delivery attempt, the courier will take your package to a storage area or to an Access Point. You can go there and you can pick up your order in the next 7 days.

Can I appoint a delivery time?

No, it is not possible to appoint a delivery time.

Do you made deliveries on public holidays?

No, we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

Will the courier contact me before delivery?

The courier will be able to send an email to remind you that it will deliver your parcel, but we do not guarantee that the courier will call you before arriving at your home. The best way to check the status of your order is through the tracking number.

Why should I communicate my phone number in addition to my address?

Because the courier will probably contact you before delivering your parcel.

Is delivery to a specific floor included in the price?

No, unfortunately the delivery to a specific floor is not included in the price.

Can I refuse the parcel if it gets damaged?

We strongly recommend that you never refuse the parcel that is delivered. The refusal does not entail a refund because it is not a return. Please check the parcel and sign with acceptance under reservation. Include your motivations (eg " perforated packaging ", "ruined packaging") and contact us. We will guarantee you the best assistance and we will work to refund your order.

Which delivery address should I indicate?

The delivery will be made to the address that you indicated in the confirmation order. Please verify that all data concerning the address are correct. It will eliminate delivery mistake. We remind you that it is important to specify your telephone number in order to be able to call you at any time in case of problems with the delivery. If you think that you are not at home during the delivery date, you can communicate the address of your work place or the address of a neighbour you are sure that he can take your parcel

I have indicated wrong address. What can I do?

If the order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact our customer service to modify the address. Our customer team is available from 09.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 14.30 pm to 18.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Our telephon number is 0039 0733 672081. The courier who will get back the parcel will be the same for the delivery of new item or not?
