I change my mind on the order. What can I do?
If you have changed your mind on the order, or you are not satisfied you can request to be refunded. It is very easy to give the item back. The retun policy is in accordance with current regulations. You must communicate your intention by e-mail at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Next, you can return the product within 14 working days. When the good will arrive in our warehouse, we will refund the product price. You need to paid only the shipping charge.
I have received defective item.What can I do?
If you have received an item with defectives or not in compliance with description we can replace it, upon the communication by e-mail of your substitution intention. You can send the e-mail to: email@example.com. Our customer assistant will comunicate to you the procedure to follow.
I have received damaged item.What can I do?
If you have received an item with damages and intact packaging, you must send a communication at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be grateful if you sent us photos of the damages. Our customer assistant will contact you to guarantee the best assistance. We will replace or refund the item, depending on specific case.
How can I sobstitute an ordered item?
If you want to sobstitute the item or to order another one, you can replace it or you can choose another one (if it is available in stock). If you give the item back, you will be refunded for the entire product price.
Can I cancel my order?
If your item has not already been shipped, you can contact us. We will cancel the order and you will be refunded. If the item is in preparation or it has been shipped, we will not be able to delete your order. When you will receive the item you must arrange a return.
How can I ask for a refund?
You will be refunded with the same payment method you have choosen in your purchase, except for previously different agreements. Mobili Rebecca will refund the product price within 48 hours after item receiving.
